This first night somebody had thrown up on the corridor and I called to the guest service to ask if someone could go to clean it, and the answer was "of course" as I expected, but it was a lie, hence nobody clean it until the following morning Besides that, there were not enough glasses or towels for the three of us so next day we thought it was going to be solved by itself. I had to make a 30 minute line to be able to complete my chek in. As we arrived, we could not make a fast check in then the machines were saying after 2:30 pm that the rooms were not ready and I should come back later. I have been many times to Vegas during the last two years and I had never had such a bad experience as the last time staying at the Cesar Palace, where the service, or should I say the lack of service, had been a huge inconvenience for the group of three that had come last weekend to celebrate the Father's Day.
